Hi

Myself and Mrs O are planning a couple of nights away early April and fancy taking in the Mary Rose Museum in Portsmouth. We are undecided as to where to stay: we have never been to Brighton so thats an option...but I am open to suggestions as to the town...say, anywhere between Pompey and Brighton (not Arundel as we have stayed there before)

We will also be looking for a hotel which is central to wherever we stay (near to pubs, restaurants etc) as MrsO has some mobility issues; so any suggestions on that score would also be appreciated.

TIA smile

Wickham. Kings head for beer/log fire. Veranda for a stunning ruby. Lilly's for an awesome eggs benedict as breakfast.

Somewhere in Chichester might be a good choice.

Carl - The Grand looks great...but too rich for my blood! I'm thinking around £100 per night (their cheapest was £185 eek )

Cheers both smile

...as you say, depending on your budget eek

We tend to keep away from pubs with rooms due to noise plus we wanted something more central so could walk to bars/restaurants etc

Cheers though smile
