Local Weber guru?

Gents, I have a chum who has a car with a 2.0 VX red top installed. It's currently got a pair of side draught Weber carbs installed. He's never had it running well since being put together. He's also had a pretty poor experience with an 'acclaimed' expert, who shall remain nameless.
Do we have anyone Hampshire ish that can have a look and set these up on a RR? I'm looking for personal experiences if possible.
Can Southways offer this?
I've also heard a rumour of a company in or near Titchfield, but can't find anything about them, good or bad, or even the name!

If Steve at S'Ways can't help then try Ray West at Thruxton. (Unless of course he is your unnamed 'expert' )

There is also a company in Alton I have used who's name escapes me at the moment. They work a lot on classic stuff and Healeys I think were a speciality.
