First South Coast'ish Snow Spotted!

I'm in the office at Hook and it's snowing quite heavily here! Not a sign of it at 06:30 when I rolled in the car park though, didn't even realise it was forecast!

Yep - An interesting drive to work this morning. (06:35) Frost on the car in West End, raining as I drove past Winchester. Snow south of Basingstoke and Hail just past the A303 junction. Then sleet turning to snow by Hook and full blown lying snow by the time I went past the Phoenix Inn. All clear and nothing once I got through to Arborfield and into Woodley (07:55)

(I wonder how a Smart copes with 6-inches of lying Snow?)

That doesn't suprise me, I pulled up this morning in the works car park in Winchester and it was absolutely freezing!.... said to a colleague that I wouldn't be surprised if it snowed here at some point shortly.
