Got my folks coming down for Xmas and new year and thought I'd treat my dad to a days Morgan hire. He's never driven one before and its a life long dream of his so being the nice guy I am I thought 'what the heck!'. Is there anywhere down south that does day hire or do any of you guys know of a generous owner?

I was planning on doing the same thing. For a really good weekend, there's a place in Cornwall, near Mylor (not far from Falmouth) that hire them, and they're pretty reasonably priced too. Perranwell Garage IIRC. Bit of a drive down, but a wonderful weekend, the area is amazing!

Thanks mate. Ive found hire centres in Bristol, Chester, London and Cornwall but as it'll be a day hire i wanted something more local. All the hire places offer delivery but youre looking at £250 extra for that!

One of my clients specialises in Morgans, based near Shaftesbury. Always has one or two for sale.

Doesn't hire them as far as I know, but if there is anyone local that does he (Tim) will know -

Crikey, they're expensive. For a weekend hire, it'd be cheaper to drive to Cornwall!

EDIT: Ah, suppose you do get the Friday for their weekend hire too.
