I've been thinking for a while about doing a track day / driver training type thing, anybody else up for this? I haven't looked at anything special yet just an idea, your input welcomed.

ps
Took the tusc up to Racing green for a 4 wheel alinement, Mike followed me in the smart. On ther A31 I overtook an MR2, who decided to "have a go" to add insult to injury the smart passed him as well! I drove it back from RG 95mph in a bloody roller skate.

I have just done a group Ridedrive day on an airfield.

I can thoroughly recommend it and I'll have a word with Craig about it when I next see him.

Cant say too much here though as I dont want to steal anyones Sprint thunder.

I am! 1stLotus would be my choice as Walshy seems to get great reviews from everyone who's used him in whatever car. The only problem is that it's in Essex which is a bit of a trek - I tried to find some local airfield days - see another thread in here but there just doesn't seem to be anything

if we organise it through craig it might help those insured for track days through mannings (aka Shnozz...) as they will only cover TVRCC approved days

Alan, you own up to the Rollerskate far too easily. Can I see a move away from the TVR marque in the near future???
You'll be coming out next
Oh, and by the way. Count me in for the driving

I feel left out

incidentally, talking of smarts I saw a bright pink one in Hedge End this morning - black wheels and windows. Sticker on the back said "Yes....it is pink"

Mike hasn't gone for that respray has he?

I saw that too - just pulling up at the first roundabout off the motorway - not my thing at all we're talking lurid pink here. Perhaps someone has a little too much 'pink pound' floating around??
