I am looking for a good Family Solicitor in and around the North Bristol area, I live near Downend. Anyone had experience with any with a good reccomendation?

I know some good law firms in the area, but don't have any experience of family law specialists.

Somebody I know has recommended Davies & Partners in Almondsbury. They acted for his wife when he got divorced and he says they were complete b*****ds, just to sort of people you need in a divorce

I do a lot of work with Sheppards in Kingswood. They look after everything from Commercial property for me and I know they have a family law specialist Anna Wilson. ( if thats what youre looking for)

Quite agree Soovy. Stupid generalisations like saxplayers are infantile. Lady S is an accountant so I do have a vested interest.

I'm using Foster & Partners in Kingswood and they're very good. It's possibly going to be a residency application and they're efficient and friendly in what will be a tricky time for me personally.
