We're hopefully going along on dannytherev's hoon this Sunday up around south / mid Wales on great roads.

There's already some tasty cars on the list.

Anyone from the south west fancy joining us and convoying?

Luckily all mine is done and out of the way for another year. Just petrol and rear tyres for the rest of the year;)

MOT now booked for Saturday morning.

You'll have to come on the hoon because:

(a) we haven't heard your new exhaust yet
(b) I can bring my soundmeter

biggrin

We'll probably go if the weather is good (not wet and not freezing).

I'm at Ultimate Dubs that day, so will be close to Wales, but no cigar. Enjoy! Welsh roads are amazing in places!

It says in the terms and conditions that you're not allowed to overtake slow, green TVRs and make them look crap.

Blimey, I've just realised that the start point is 77 miles from here - thats 154 miles to get there and back !! You suggested a meet up - any idea of where and what time?

Graham - don't worry about Shane - He's only running on 4 cylinders.

As Graham will only end up asking his local A-Z (me) I thought i'd post anyways...

There are 2 possible options (could even do both if it's easier)

M5 J19 Gordano Services - ready to head M49/M4 and over the bridge
M4 J23a Magor Services, which is the first services once you cross the bridge

Yes, it's likely to be an expensive but satisfying day for those with thirsty cars. I've already completed the loan application.

It'll be about 90 miles away for me but a dare say it will be worth it biggrin

Now where is that local Shell station?

I suggest Magor, as Gordano is a detour for those from the M4. What time? PlLease note that the Old Bridge is shut on Sunday.
