Geographically I guess that is Okehmampton? But no ideas spring to mind apart from usual Dartmoor roads thing.

thats hardly half way between exeter and plymouth. Best stretch of road in the area for me is the run down to slapton sands. Ample car parks along the way, ideal substitute for cheddar.

I'm sure we could persuade Mark at MB Motorsport to let us use his place for a meet and chat before a cruise to Kingsbridge, then a hoon back up via Slapton to one of those carparks.

That would also mean power runs on a rolling road and free tea and coffee.

No more than Slapton is halfway to anywhere!!! but still a good venue for South Devon. Other alternative is Sourton Cross, that is middle, has a good size car-park.

The Fox & Hounds just up the road from Bearslake is nice too, and has a fair sized car park.

I'm going to be down your way later this month. Heading down to Falmouth to celebrate my brother getting another year older than me. Give me a wave if you see a black Passat armed with a smiley on the back window.
