B+B in Torpoint/Plymouth

Need some suggestions for a B+B in Torpoint/Plymouth area's thanks in advance

I've used laterooms a few times to stay in Plymouth.

Quiet little B&B near the Hoe called San Malo, walking distance to the Barbican or the city, nothing flash but clean and good breakfast.

Also stayed at a very nice country hotel (can't remember the name but behind Marsh Mills) big suite with whirlpool bath for £50!

Both times laterooms.
