Black Mitsubishi FTO Helston/Cornwall area

Black FTO spotted driving round with number plate starting N134... (from memory).
The brake likes have been 'blacked-out/smoked' to such an extent it is barely possible to tell if this car is braking! This cannot be legal. I was in the black Porsche behind you the other day and had no idea that you were about to come to a halt - I couldn't even see that you were indicating to turn right!
Spotted Monday afternoon (1600) in Helston High Street.
If you are a member on here, or anyone else knows this car, please sort out your brake lights!
