Need to beg/borrow/steal a TIG welder for a weekend....

Hi All,
OK, I've got myself in to a little scrape.
I'm away for the winter in Kitzbuhel again next year, with a mate that joined me last season for a couple of weeks. As well as the skiing/boarding, we also got quite in to tobogganing, so this year, I made the mistake of making a silly challenge....
We both got quite competitive on the toboggan courses, and this year, have made a little challenge as to who can build the best toboggan. We were going to buy one each, but the good ones are 400-500 euros
So, I've got a rough (back-of-fag-packet) design, and will be getting the materials next week to get on with the bending/shaping etc, but I could really do with a tig welder for a couple of days (or a weekend), to get it fabricated.
I have the space, and can borrow the skill (my old man used to be a panelbeater - welding genius), just need the machine.
HSS / Speedy want £120 per day for a hire, which is well out of my budget unfortunately.
More than happy to make a beer token / payment in kind wherever possible, would rather exchange services the money though.
I can offer signwriting, custom stickers/decals, printing, a musical instrument, a children's ride on car, or just my inimitable wit and charm.
I can also offer a test of the final product in the Austrian alps!
So, can anybody help? I'm in Cheltenham, happy to travel a bit!
