Back again by popular demand...
Supercar Saturday.
Come to Castle Combe on Sat 23rd for a ride in any of 50+ race cars and Supercars, with all proceeds going to the Stroke Association. Please take a look at the Stroke Association website here for more information http://www.stroke.org.uk/fundraising/fundraising_e...
Some of the typical cars - E-Type, a 1964 Le Mans winning Spitfire, FIA Rally Mini, Supercars - Maserati Gransport, Ferrari 360 Fiorano, Porsche 997 GT3 and Race Cars,Multiple Radicals, Dodge Viper GT3, Fiat 500 Abarth Championship car and capture the moment in a photo.
There's something to appeal to everyone in addition, The Bristol Motor Club will also be running a Novice AutoSolo in the outer paddock area so there's plenty for folks to do between circuit rides.
Admission is just £5 for adults and free for kids. Rides are from £20 up depending on the car and driver. All proceeds to the Stroke Association. More than £125,000 has been raised by this event since it began in 1994. Let's make it a cracker of a year and raise some more..
WIN a ride through STAR FM in the Bristol/Weston area, keep your ears open for competitions in the week leading up to the 23rd.
How you can help -
Come on the day, have fun and meet up with like minded owners, drivers and admirers, buy a ride.
Text or email your friends about the event - the more people attend the more for this very worthy charity
Or simply donate at the link above
Thank you for reading and we hope to see you on the day....
Regards

You choose the car you want to go in. Obviously there will be a longer wait for the most popular and some may be over subscribed.
I think last time the guy in the MG Dreadnought Touring car was out pretty much all day! And spent most of his time sideways from what I saw.Anyone thinking of going, I'd recommend taking plenty of money! You will want to go out in more than one car
Yep,
you choose
Last time I had rides in:
Race spec Viper (awesome - owned and raced by Bjorn and Nadine - PH'ers)
Luminous orange Noble (DeanoM12 PH'er - reliably informed this car will be pushing 400BHP this year - so a ride is a must!)
Ferrari 430
Must get a ride in the Radicals this year though
I have put down to give rides but when I contacted the SA months ago about this I didnt get a reply, hopefully I'll have more luck with the email I just sent Andrea!
(though fully accept the M3 may be a little humble?............)

Went out with Deano in the Noble last year aswell. Will definitely be making an effort to go out again this year, just to see how it goes with the extra power. you choose
