Phantom car keyers

Some complete n@b keyed my mates car at lunch time today in broad daylight apparently car park cctv picked up a couple of idiots vandalsing various cars in the carpark - what is it with people today!?

Anyway he now needs the key scratch removed so any ideas where this can be sorted at a reasonable cost?

He works at aztec west in Bristol so something close would be good.

Thanks for the replies, i'll pass that on to him. Just to rub salt in the wound my friend had only owned the car for 3 days after flying to scotland from bristol to pick it up!
