Scrape on rear bumper.. possible easy fix or respray?

Hi, just wondering what you guys reckon to this scrape. The paint has completely gone at its deepest. Reckon I'd need the whole bumper sprayed? If I can get it looking as close to original without having to shell out too much I'd probably take that option as I'm thinking of a full respray in the next 12 months. Anyone know any half decent bodyshops in the camborne/truro etc area who aren't too expensive?
