Now, after finding out the cost of attending Black Tie and Pie at Tortworth Court Hotel this year, this gave me an idea for a cheaper, much less costly meet up for us more 'tight fisted', forum members.
Think Black Tie and Pie is great...................I have just better things to do with a £150 which is roughly what the cost of the night out would be per head (£75 ticket + beer + taxi's + Tux Hire etc.. etc..) let alone what it would cost with a stay over in the hotel and the services of a prostitute for a night(only joking).
So what about meeting up at the same hotel but on another day? Drinks late afternoon with a curry at the Indian in Rangeworthy to follow. Total cost £50 including beer and taxi's. What does everyone think?....... comments please.
