Got my car in there for a repair (engineer assessing damage today) after it got reversed into in Swindons TESCO Car Park.

Quite a lot of bodywork damage, rear suspension/tracking/alignment needs fixing.

Anyone had any dealings with them before?

Errr.............this seems an obvious question, but wouldnt it be better to ask that prior to putting it in?

Could be insurance recommendation that he hasn't disputed?

'tis in fact Mazdas recommendation.

Although it went in 11 days ago (accident happened) 17 days ago) an engineer is only assessing the damage today, supposedly.
