Evening hoon near Yeovil ?

I've noticed there's a fair few more people from around the Yeovil area showing their heads on here lately.

I fancy a mid-week evening hoon before it starts getting too dark, with a stop for a drink / food at the end if you like.

I was thinking of starting at about 6.30 in Yeovil and heading south.

Anyone interested?

Meet at 6.30 at Boots / Next / Sports World car park on the east side of Yeovil.

Here is the route I propose, stopping at The Sun Inn just outside Dorchester for a drink / food. We should be able to do that route in about 1 hour and 40 minutes. Pub serves food until 9.30.

We go down through the excellent Cerne valley, out into the Frome wetlands, past Winfrith Atomic Research, through the Bovington tank training grounds, back up through the Dorset heath, back along the A35 past Puddletown forest, through Dorchester centre and to the pub.
