South west technical recruitment

I need to recruit a person for my team - can anyone recommend a half decent recruitment agency for an entry-mid level front line tech support role?

Sorry, first of all by South West I mean Bristol/Weston/Clevedon/Nailsea type area.

The job is front line customer support for email server software sold worldwide. Salary is late teens to early/mid 20s with bonuses/benefits. Higher end of salary range for a candidate with the right skills.

Ideal skills would be SMTP/POP/IMAP/HTML with experience of customer support. Scripting (of any kind) would be a bonus, as would windows/*nix networking.

Would probably suit a college graduate with a computing qualification who wants to get hands on experience of real world server/email environments as well as customer support. The role will develop for the right person.

Uni graduates might expect more money? - I don't know enough about this job market to know how competitive the salary is.

Just a quick post to say thanks for the help. The goalpoasts keep getting moved which is making it very hard for me to make a start with the recruitment process but I'll keep this in mind for when I can move ahead!
