Yesterday I viewed a Tiger Super 6 and a Westfield SEi.

In both cars my hips only just fit, and in the Westfield I didn't have enough leg/knee/steering wheel room when I took my foot off the clutch.
(I was gutted - otherwise I would have bought the Westfield).

I need to try a SEiW for size, and get a feel for how MK Indy, Mac#1 7R etc fit my ass, but don't want to waste sellers' time.

Would anyone let me have a sit in their Kits... perhaps at next SW meet???

Cheers guys.

can check the SWTOC http://www.swtoc.co.uk/forum/

I have a supercat and am in Bristol. Most 7's are tight but i'm not small and fit well in both the passenger and drivers seat

How do you find the Aeroscreen & helmet... restrict visibility?

What's your power/weight, and how would you compare to the bike?

Finally.... Does your mrs like going out in it? I hope a kitcar would be more useful than a bike for taking the mrs out for a blast, to visit places etc but worried we'd be quite beaten up when we get there!

Aeroscreen all the way, never had a screen on my Tiger. I'm also a biker so used to the lid. just do your lifesavers and saything that apart from anything over 10 miles on the motorway I use sunnys and a hate 90% of the time. if it rains then the lid and waterproofs go on. Going to Le mans again in the Tiger in 3 weeks.

Power 153BHP weight 650KG with a full tank. Compared to my triple it's slow apart from in the corners. But compared to most cars on the road it's bloody quick. Local trackdays with motorsports evens I am often over taking TVr's, most road cars and only quicker lighter kit cars I cannot keep up with or the odd lotus etc... If you want something bloody quick and cheap then a Tiger is a great start. I found. If you have the spare £££ their is many other faster cars but for 4-8k A tiger has done me well in the past 6 years. plus I love that I built it,

My wife is loved my tiger and has no issues going out in it BUT for her a car is a car. Like many women I know. SHe just takes a bit more notice as I built it.

I'm just outside Wootton Bassett and have the wider-bodied Caterham 7 SV which you are welcome to come and have a look at. It's a little poorly at the moment so I can't take you out but you can have a good look at the car. It is about 10 cm wider than the standard car and makes quite a lot of difference. Some say it handles better than the standard chasis as well.
