Dropped off a rather disgusting looking bus at Dave's yesterday morning. Upon returning to pick it up the smiles told Dave the job was a good un (as expected!). So pleased with it, it has never looked this good.

Nice turnaround! Any really detailed before & after shots? I am really starting to get into my paint correction now and thinking about doing it as a kind of part-time thing due to me having a full time (non automotive biggrin) job during the week.

Unfortunately I didn't have time to do many pictures because it kept raining on and off so I just got on with it.
This is a hobby for me and not my full time job either though I am a oem automotive paint chemist so have a big background knowledge of automotive paint and paint processes.

Which means you have 1 up on me biggrin Although I have had lots of practise on various family and friends' cars so I like to think experience is better than overall knowledge. smile A fabia I did recently was totally fooooked up but I corrected it OK

(Have just put in links, not pics below, as don't want to crowd out this V8 thread wink)

Good workthumbup
You your right experience is best and after 15 years correcting cars on the production line/final finish as well as
friends, family and paying customers I think I have a fair bit. smile

more than likely as I have a disabled parking space but prefer to leave the bigger spaces to others unless having a bad day. Noticed more and more recently though that visitors with "nicer" cars just plonk in the disabled bays

Hmmm, 15 years ago I was revising for GCSEs hehe. Well, I do have about 4 years experience built up, and more recently have used my D.A with a vengeance. Am considering getting into using a rotary, but I think more work with the D.A first. biggrin
