Anyone going to LeMans 24hrs?
Discussion
Yes, me and convoy of Porsche 993S, lightweight etype (if it works if not D type if that doesnt work then Audi S4), Boxster, New Focus RS, Ginetta G33.
Catching the Sunday ferry from Plymouth to Santander, then driving in Top Gear Road Trip stylee through the Pyrenees and France via the Millau viaduct to Le Mans, arriving on the friday.
Staying in our usual Chateau at St Christophe about 30 miles south of Le Mans
Can't wait

Going to the classic le man in july!
Good man, 5 of us going with Travel Destinations, (second time for the classic). Great fun, the 24 hr is great but it has changed and attracts an element that don't understand when to "cool it", so we do the classic now, also, Laon last year and Zolder was ace.Hey, Yea there is a large group of us heading down from the Bristol,Weston, Cheddar area. Cars to inc, Skyline, SL55, K1 Attack, Atom, Viper, ,Jag Xkr, RR Sport, And few Trusty white vans to carry the gear.
Due to work commitments unfortunatly we are heading down at staggared times & crossings but Crossing days are Sun for some, Rest on Weds & Thurs.
Were all Stayin in Karting Nord with the rest of our group, & this year will include the lads from LeMans Run.... with their open top bus painted in the Gulf scheme.
