Hi All

I'm based in the Thames Valley as my home county (Devon) couldn't to offer me a job over the last 20 years. Anyway, I'm back visiting the old folks near Torquay over the weekend and wonder if there is/could be a hoon. I love the 'far superior than the SE' Devon roads and would like nothing more than an early morning blast, somewhere..I know the roads in South Devon very well from a mis spent youth cycling and rolling minis/chevettes on B roads.

I'm expecting my Sunday run to be the normal solitary affair anyway so if anyone joins me it'll be a bonus:

My mistake it's a Sunday I'll hopefully have my tyres fitted by then but I'm not sure if I'll do this or the tunnel run depends on my money situation.

Thanks all, I'm coming down as Dad will be in hospital having a new hip and Mum needs company. Wife has just called and may need collecting from Birmingham, I'll get answers and post here tomorrow. Even just a 3 car run would be great, Plymouth isn't too far btw and I know all the roads as I spent 3 years there and a cycle nutter at the time.

Hi, turns out the op' went fine and they don't need to see me so we're coming down next weekend, wife, baby and a 1.6 litre family car so no hoonery, another Sunday perhaps..
