Hi all,
Could some one let me know who the person is on here who organises all of the events or give me there contact details please.
I am currently putting together a package at the manor house i work at so we can have car meets here at various times of the year.
I need to organise a meet as a tester to see what kind of package we need to create in order to give you the best day out we can. Would be great if you could let me all know how you would feel about taking part in this.

This isnt commercial, it is simply me being a complete petrolhead and wanting to bring some excellent cars to the fabulous hotel i work at to enjoy the fantastic food we serve.there is nothing more i want than seeing a beautiful manor house surrounded by great cars.

As i say this is not commercial its a passion,as im sure you all agree.

Many thanks,

Ross Parker

Hi Ross

There isn't a main organiser as such, myself and Graham (V8S) organised alot of the events last year, the 2 main ones at Sherbourne Castle and Kingston Lacy, so we'd be happy to give you any info/help you need.

I told you, we're an anarco-sydicalist commune. We take it in turns to be a sort of executive officer for the week.....but all the decisions of that officer have to be ratified at a special bi-weekly meeting....by a simple majority in the case of purely internal affairs.....but by a two thirds majority in the case of....

Hi Ross,

Sounds like a pleasent kind of get together, I would definately be interested. It is always nice to have a drive out where it is also possible for all the vehicles to park up and admire/chat in a nice safe and open location. Where abouts in the south west is the manor house may I ask?

Cheers,
Dave.

thanks all fore the replies.

The Manor is based in the cotswolds just outside of cirencester in the small village of barnsley.Maybe other regions would also be interested.
For the first meet i am looking for between 10-20 cars.

Here is a link to the discription of the hotel.

Would it be possible for some one to come down to us,have a look around and discuss some ideas as to what we could include at the event.or would you be happy to just go ahead with the first meet and maybe start with a small group?

We were thinking along the lines of a sunday lunch, free to stroll around our famous gardens and 17th century manor house. After lunch have a gander at the cars on display, have a photo taken with you and your car in front of the house, and maybe even sit infront of the cosy fires in the public areas and have some afternoon tea.

Just to give you some idea of prices our sunday lunches are 2 courses for around £19 and 3 for £22.dnt worry the food is sublime.

And i havn't forgotton, we are surrounded by fabulous roads in fabulous scenery, so it will be a pleasure just driving to us as well as being here with us.

many thanks,

Ross Parker

Have you prepared the goats and the chicory in readiness for Graham's arrival?

Quiet, you. Do you want to scare the man away before the lotion is ready?

Yes master, I was merely making sure he was aware of the necessary arrangements for such an event.
