Evening all.
Just a quick question really as I am currently renovating my house with a view to letting it out and want to find a good agent to take care of everything while I am off travelling.
Has anyone had any experience of good agents in Bristol?

We had a lady from Besley Hill look round and value our house, she seemed very nice, knowledgeable and helpful, spent time chatting generally but no pressure no pestering afterwards to see what we were doing etc and I think she is part owner of the company. I can't remember her name I'll try and find it. I think they are one of the smaller estate agents in Bristol.
I can't remember her name I keep thinking Lynne but not convinced and can't find a staff list on their site. Besley do more than just sell houses. www.besleyhill.co.uk

My house is just off the bottom of st Michaels hill so quite central. I think it should be easy to let as it is in a good location, but also very quiet, off-road parking for 2 cars, a small secluded garden and newly refurbished throughout. But the main thing I am looking for is an agent I can trust to take care of everything so I don't have to try and sort any stupid problems when I am driving through Bulgaria.
Thanks for the tips so far.

im not sure if Richard does lettings, I used him when selling and would aree he and his team are very professional. I recently rented a flat while I had builders in my house and used Clifton Propety services who were pretty good. a Few years back I rented a flat in Berkely Square through Sarah Kenny who also did OK. My experiences of Property Concept in Clifton from a tenants perspective when looking have been poor.

They offer LLs various services/management schemes, for me just the seeking and vetting potential tenants, for which they just charge the tenants a fee.
Other agents i have both used and can fully recommend, are Campions http://www.campionsletting.co.uk/., and
Enfields http://www.enfields.co.uk/, both incidentally operated by two very professional young ladies.
