Just a couple of ideas may be of help, are the discs separate to the hub if so are the mating surfaces clean and nothing traped inbetween, if youve removed the hubs are the wheel bearings adjusted correctly, can you check the run out on the discs, I know lot of this sounds obvious but may save time in taking it round to a garage, shame youre not in Cornwall would have been more than happy to have had a look.

Aren't APs fully floating disks? runout shouldn't make much difference if so.Are they all new?

Duh i really need to read the posts properly, new disks
Only fronts...grooved and yes floating, still same cross-drilled at rear. Feel it could be rears but so hard to say. This is why I need to find someone who really knows what they are about when it comes to brake sytems and diagnosing faults. Yep, used to work for Porsche many years ago now working with much bigger stuff, but still play with nice cars, like to try and pass on the little bit of knowledge ive picked up on the way LOL, older AP brakes not fully floating so just having a guess at type you are using, as for the rears was the vibration thru the steering wheel/brake pedal or thru the whole car? if thru the car might be worth looking at your rears, also check suspension bushes/shockers etc sometimes can cause the same effect, if thru steering/pedal would suspect prob to be at the front, Cheers

Its seems to be through the hole car, only when heavey breaking from 90mph+Red 938 said:
Would suspect the rears more if its coming thru the whole car possibly disc warping when it gets hot, are the guys at Adrenallin going to have a look at the weekend?
Going to see them about moulding some parts for the Noble, but may get them to have a quick peak if they think they can do something..Red 938 said:

I had this on an previous track day car - very heavy high speed braking sent huge vibration through the whole car. Turned out to be warped rear drums - never noticed it on the road (Officer!)Mind you - it was only an old Manta (But a quick one....)
