The Adrenaline Motorsport openday is on October 3rd, it starts at 11am, it's going to be the monthly meet for Devon TVRcc but it would be good to head down 'en mass'
Anyone gunning down from the Devon side if you would like to meet up at the car park on the Devon side of the Tamar Bridge we can then set off at 10.00.

All welcome.

Corin.

Looks like it is just us then Corin! ;-)

We have lots of our local customers coming along with their toys along with many Murtaya owners from all over the country so it will be a day full of interesting motors.

Several magazines coming along to record it all as well.

Look forward to seeing you and the TVR crew on the day.

Neil, are you a REVO dealer? I searched the REVO website and they said Adrenaline MS was authorised.

Or is it a different Adrenaline MS?

We are an authorised REVO dealer - mapped lots and lots of VAG cars! Also Milltek and countless others to mae your car quicker, handle better, stop better etc.

We do lots of this kind of work which people do not seem to realise - everything from oil and filter changes to dropping Honda Type R engines into the back of Lotus Elise! Take a peek at the website to learn more.

Everyone and anyone is welcome to come along for a look around and to meet us all.

Can't wait to show you all around and share out the tea and biscuits!!

Hi Neil, hoping to pop down to have a look around. Would you be interested in looking at moulding some rear lights for us Noble owners???. We would be looking at using he same type of light units that you are using. If you are interested I would bring my M12 down, as you may know they used the "mundaneo!!!" units.....what do you think?????

Cheers

Paul

Hi Paul,

We could do the light units for you - we do quite a few smaller moulding jobs and one off projects like this.

Stating the obvoius but the unit cost will come down if there is a batch to be made rather than as a one off.

We would also make sure that the units looked right and were styled properly rather than just making an alternative to standard!

All the best,

Neil.

Hi Paul,

Bring the car down so that we can take a proper look at what is involved - I would not want to guesstimate a cost that ended up way out - either higher or lower!

I am confident that the moulding will be a pretty straightforward affair - the process will be as follows;-

Make pattern part for both sides.
Make mould for both sides.
Produce prototype part from moulds.
Trial fit to car.
Make any adjustments/amendments if required.
Produce run of 'x' units to meet the order.

We recently did a very similar job for a rally team famous for using Japanese four wheel drive turbo charged cars - creating inlet ducts for the new 2009 Impreza STI front bumper. Prototype parts were produced in GRP for sign off - carbon for the production ones.

Another interesting project was for a Pilbeam MP89 creating a full carbon undertray for a local hillclimb competitor who takes part in the National Hillclimb Championship. Awesome car which now sports some very nice underbody aero gear!

We love these projects, interesting and good fun to do.

Hope to see you soon.

Neil.

Hi all,

Bad news on the open day for the originally mooted 3rd October date.

Delays with planning permission mean that our move in date has gone backwards and backwards and this in turn means that I have to cancel the 3rd I am afraid.

The PP is not going to be a problem so we will be in soon - just not soon enough.

As soon as I have more news I'll post again with a new proposed date.

So sorry for the let down guys - hope to catch up with you all very soon.

Neil.
