Cemetery Junction, Bournemouth. Red light to speed camera

Hi I was sat at cemetery junction yesterday facing the red light camera and I noticed it was flashing off! Loads of people where going through so I don't think it was red light runners but it only did it for certain cars. Now I came back the same way with camera on my back this time ( me going through it) and once again it did the same thing. So I think they have now turned that on as a speed camera too. I think I got snapped as well! Since they haven't painted it yellow or put a sign up does this mean I can get them done for entrapment if a notice lands on my door step?
