Don't you think 113db is just too noisey?

Once again thanks Graham and Sandy you did a great job. We had a great day out enjoyed every minute (despite the dodgy and obviously fixed noise test)looking forward to the next trip out

there were some strange goings on, I went to the toilet and when i got back apparently Foundys red Ferrari had a higher noise reading???
I've had time to think about it now and heres the 2 possibilitys.
picture Graham stood behind foundys car noise meter in hand.
Foundy revs said ferrari to 18,000 rpm a piston flys out of the exhaust knocking graham unconcious in the confusion foundy writes down a higher number than mine and graham wakes up with no memory of the event.
option 2
the car was never started (who could tell with the silent exhaust anyway)Foundy uses his wily "look in to my eyes" car salesman tricks hypnotises graham into believing he heard a thundering v8 noise come out the back of the Ferrari (which actually turns out to be a fiat500 we've all been hypnotised) I come walking back from the toilet to see foundy dancing round like a cannibal about to eat kate moss.
Anyway i demand a recount.
Although the tuscan actually got it.
But 3rd place!

It's a shame you were not there... in fact you probably knew and thats why you were in the toilet crying, and it did make me smile all the way home

And as for Kate Moss... would rather eat Lady Gaga lick

Shock of the day wasn't the Ferrari being louder than the Vette, nor the TVr being louder than both.

It was that Mike's Lagonda didn't win, I think the exhaust pipes ended a long way before teh car and the test was an meter further away personally!

Still well done all, I only managed 101db and that was at a genuine 3/4 revs of 9,000 !

Sorry boy's,

It was my Tuscan that got the bottle of wine and trophy, must admit that I was worried that the lagonda was going to beat me. What happened regards to the NSX as he started to do a sound check then switched off?

I am happy for a re-test anytime and I will also supply the sound meter (biased towards TVR's of course). I need an excuse to up the sound a little bit more.
