Has anyone seen the new disabled spot on Talbot hill, Bristol?
For those that know the road it has a restriction that allows upcoming traffic free right of passage over the traffic coming down the hill. The reason I suspect is the road is narrow and has parking on both sides after the downhill restriction.
But some idiot (not the disabled person) has allowed a disabled spot to be placed on the left going up. After the restriction but in the middle of the downhill restriction.
So in doing so has stopped all free flow of upcoming traffic as you have on the right parked cars, then you have stationary traffic waiting for a chance at the downhill leg through the restriction but the only problem being is when the uphill traffic come to this disabled spot with the car parked, there is absolutely no where to go. Uphill and downhill traffic are stuck, nowhere to pass. I would hate to have been there in rush hour tonight.
