Aston Martins, Chippenham/Swindon - M4

Curious, why is it on my trip home every day, around 4PM on the Swindon to Chippenham strech of the M4 there always seems to be a lods of Aston's about?

I see a couple of DB9's, at least 1 Vantage and Vanquish almost every day without fail


And whilst I'm on the subject of that strech of the M4, are those specs cameras on the eastbound carriagway (just after Chippenham) new?

Poeple seem to have very little regards for specs in general, constantly see people treating them like Gatso's - slam on the brakes then speed up once past them

I've also never heard of anyone being had by them

I went through that section last weekend and the specs were gone.

Nope, youre meaning the old set by the roadworks right by Swindon

This is a new set literally just past the Chippenham junction!

thank god i dont use that section much then!

as for the astons, i know of a few in the area... nice cars, and especially the V8's have gotten a lot more affordable over the last 6 months..

Ahh, thanks for the info. I stopped using J17 a few weeks ago when we moved, now its cross country to 18 with the roof down
