Places to see/go, things to do in Woolacombe area?
Discussion
Hi,
I will be visiting Woolacombe bay for a week with my young family (5yr old boy, 2yr old girl) next week, last night the missus hit me with the "any ideas what we're going to do whilst we're on holiday?" speech! So I would like to ask the South West PHers if you have any ideas of anything to do for my family and I? Oh and my OH is pregnant and climbing hills and long walks unfortunately are out of the question.
Many thanks in advance
Matt

Drag em for a walk around Baggy Point (Croyde) - Realise it's a long walk and instead stop at Polly's (right at the start) overlooking the beach and indulge in fantastic cream teas I will be visiting Woolacombe bay for a week with my young family (5yr old boy, 2yr old girl) next week, last night the missus hit me with the "any ideas what we're going to do whilst we're on holiday?" speech! If they like animals try The Big Sheep - lots of cuddly ickle animals.
Ruda water slides (not sure if open to non-campers)
Enjoy the beaches.
I'm sure the locals can add more...
