Looking for a room to rent - central (ish) Bristol
Discussion
Evening all, I think I've asked this before but I was sorted until my potential landlady changed her mind as her new man doesn't want her having a lodger!
I'm looking for a room to rent in Bristol from the middle of March. Central'ish and preferably somewhere that doesn't have huge parking problems. It will mainly be a Monday-Friday rental but with occasional Sunday nights over the race season as I'll come back to Bristol on Sunday nights rather than Monday morning.
Happy to be around a family and/or dogs, would prefer to avoid nutters I'm a thirty something professional and can provide employment/landlord refs.
Cheers

How central do you want?
Im moving to London and there will be a double room spare as of the 1st March in the house im currently living. The room is brilliant vaule (I know of no other let that is as cheap for the money I pay), its a v. large double (king sized bed ha!) in a newly renovated terraced house, 3 bedrooms, but just the LL and yourself.
The landlord is 29 and a decent guy, hes a surveyor.
Its situated in BS3, walk into the centre is 20mins, or bus stop 30 seconds walk away which will get you in in 10mins.
There is no controlled parking and there are always spaces right outside the house.
