The charity run is going ahead on Saturday 11th April in it's original basic format. This will involve a meeting with the hospice, a bit of fundraising then off to a local pub. Nothing more, nothing less.

Earlier this year we did it this and it worked very well with £600 being raised in aid of the hospice.

Geoff is liasing with the hospice and more details will follow and that's pretty much it folks, everyone and every car is welcome.

This event does not involve Z5Roadster (Tom Poulter) in any way.

Won't be able to make this event, sorry, but wanted to wish you all the best for the fundraising.

I live in Bristol and had a tour around the hospice earlier this summer. What a wonderful place it is! I was lucky enough to see their first hospice in Barnstaple a few years back and they are both truly amazing places. I defy anyone to go into the Starlight(?) room at the Wraxall one and come out without a lump in their throat.

Good luck, OP, it's a great cause.

I would be up for this - echo the question above, though, as to what the location is? And how does the fundraising work?

I'm up for this too. I went along for the run earlier this year and thoroughly enjoyed it.

More details will be posted up nearer the time, it's a very simple affair with monies being collected on the day.

What's the big place on the right after the Chivenor roundabout heading to Braunton?

The Manor in Croyde is good smile Nice bit of scenery too popping there for lunch. Great photo opportunity as we round the headland...

I can't go because I still won't have a car by then and even if I did the car I want I cannot get insured on until June when I'm 21.
