If you meet the £1mill asking price!

http://www.thisisbristol.co.uk/news/Buy-1m-home-Fe...

I saw the house being built, and often drive past it, but seriously £1mill confused

I'm sure a while back it was up for £900k on the Savillls website.

It's not a bad location, good access to motorways and city centre, but for a million quid, I'd want somewhere a bit better.

What a cock, this has already been done by someone in essex, he was trying to sell his house with a free lambo.

Yeah!

I can't see it working at all.

I would rather have the house for £100k less and buy a car of my own choice.

All those sodding big ugly trees in the garden, no actual garage, just a car port and the ultimate invitation for the scrotes to come knocking. It's not a good spot for the money, unless you like pigeon st.

It was up for less but you have to pay extra for your bathroom and kitchen fittings I believe, bunking the price up at least £750k.

It looks a decent house, but it's in the wrong place. Up the road in The Ridgeway it would make sense.

Yeah, thats a more realistic area.

Go on Google earth and check out the sizes of those houses! haha

The one at the top of the dual carriageway went for £1.4mill apparantly.

I did my paper round there for years (lived round the corner). One of the places the other end sold a lot of land to build a load of new houses in the garden but still has its folly.

The one which went for £1.4m has the paddock along the main road too. Used to go along the Ridgeway collecting conkers when I was little. Played in the air raid shelters in the college grounds too. Happy days around 30 years ago!

The art deco house is fabulous. I want it and all its Poirotness smile
