Can't help with them but I've just used "The wheel polishing company'" in Wadebridge Cornwall they do collections through out Devon & their work is top class [ex Spit & Polish Man]

Thanks, I rang them but no one answered! I'm now thinking of maybe getting a local metal finishers to powdercoat the wheels, still a bit undecided though.
