Hi All,

I'm want to rent my house in Exeter within a few weeks, anyone know who the best agents are for the rental market?

It's a 5 bed town house in St Leonards.

Thanks,

Mart

Try it your self? We have a few rented out (in Bristol) & never had to use an agent. Try an ad in the local Gumtree website & see how you get on.

Strick it in th E+E. If you get sorted with that, then no need for an agent.

Depends how much involvement with the process you want. We had a chat a few months back with the rental people in the estate agents next to the Skipton Building Society at the top of South St. They seemed well organised and we'd have gone with them if our last attempt to sell hadn't suceeded.

Hi Jon,

No, I was buying another property in Exeter, but it's fallen through now.

Business is good, waiting for the drop off though.

Speak soon.

Mart

PS nice new pipes!
