Renting a house

Strick it in th E+E. If you get sorted with that, then no need for an agent.
Depends how much involvement with the process you want. We had a chat a few months back with the rental people in the estate agents next to the Skipton Building Society at the top of South St. They seemed well organised and we'd have gone with them if our last attempt to sell hadn't suceeded.jdwcd said:

Hi All,
I'm want to rent my house in Exeter within a few weeks, anyone know who the best agents are for the rental market?
It's a 5 bed town house in St Leonards.
Thanks,
Mart

No, I was buying another property in Exeter, but it's fallen through now.
