Ok, so it wasn't that interesting... but I see plenty of decent, rare motors around and am always interested in details. And I'm talking nice, interesting cars, not Lee Trundle's Bentley or the 360's that trawl up and down Whiteladies Rd every Saturday.

Saw an AC Cobra Coupe drive past my front door on Saturday (Bristol), blue with the twin white stripes running boot to bonnet. Presumably a replica - it was WX54 *** - but it's the first time I've seen a Coupe on the road, rather than the usual drop-top cobra. Is this a local car ?

That big old black thing, God knows what it is, that's been parked up at the top of Goldney Hill since at least as far back as 1986. Should be a listed monument.

I've seen a Veyron, Maybach, Phantom, Arnage and a R8, oh and a Macca F1 around Bristol in the past year.

All in the same spot, but not at the same time.

By Clifton Down shopping centre? Think it's taxed but has about a thousand dodgy club promo cards on the windscreen now smile

Wandered past it Sunday and had a good luck. The one with the huge exhaust and the spacesaver sat on the passenger seat. Sad that it's been neglected.

I think the Farbio is made around Dyrham Park.

I know a chappie from Westbury who works for them.

Also the invicta factory is always busy and there are usually a good few cars there being built or serviced.

I work just around the corner from the Invicta factory and they seem
to have been testing a new grey one over the last couple of days.
It must be the loudest car that drives out of Bumpers Farm trading

Anyway, back to Bristol, in Bishopston there's a Lancia Thema 8.32. Sounded fantastic when going past but it appears to have packed up as it hasn't moved for months and has a "for sale" sign in it. Also, same road, one of those plastic Alfa Zagato SZ things, an acquired taste I think (which I haven't acquired yet).

Lol no, we have an ST205, don't need another GT4, but there might have been some useful spares wink
