Meet at Lydiard Park, Hook Street Entrance, Swindon, SN5 - 20th July @ 11am. BBQ will be ready by this time (1)

Arrange to leave for drive (3)

I've not yet found a postcode for Lydiard to take you the Hook Street entrance to Lydiard, but you'll know where you're going by the brown signs from the motorway (and it's very easy from there).

Alternatively, "SN5 6DA" directs you to Lineacre Close, which is in the housing estate on the right just before Lydiard Park (as you can see on the Google Maps link)
I have spoken to Lydiard Park, who have confirmed that the gates will be open at that time.

BBQ is going to be provided by Xenocide. His OH is going to cook, and they are providing the food I believe. I'll leave it up to Xen on how to price things. Money will cover the cost of the food and BBQ, with excess going to a charity to be named by Xen.

Now, the only drive idea I have is fairly unimaginative, which would involve trying to keep us all together as much as possible. For this, I've chosen roads that would be fairly easy to keep us all together.
Lydiard - J16 - J15 - A419 - A361 (Stopping at Lechlade possibly) - On to Burford. Stop at Burford somewhere.
So, as you can see, fairly unimaginative. This can change, quite easily. But if it does, we need to do it soon-ish.

As mentioned above, we could possibly take some photos at Lechlade, or somewhere else along the route to Burford way. (This is all on the drive I've said, which I imagine we will change - In which case, alternative photo points will be provided)
As for who will be taking the photos... Anyone on here any good? Obviously though, there will be the standard 'Point and Shoot' cameras floating about with members anyway, so not too much of an issue. I will ensure I get a photo of every car on the day.

Right, I've got confused then! Haha. Well, the decent parking at Lydiard is nowhere near the BBQs, so that is an issue. Technically you're not allowed to bring your own, but I've seen plenty of people do it, so what do people think? That, or we can plan to have a BBQ somewhere like Lechlade where we won't encounter any problems, and then if the weather is naff, we can eat in a pub there instead. Up to you lot.
