Hi,

Has anyone seen anything special around the Swindon area lately?

I've seen a couple of Ferrari's and my friend spotted a Lamborghini Gallardo the other day.

Anything else special seen?

Regards
Mike

I suppose it depends what you call special!!
I see a cascade purple Tuscan quite freqently and since there are several high end dealers - Porsche, Ferrari etc and George White supercars there is always the likelyhood of something cruising through.
Then there's always the Caterham 21 on my drive - special possibly but it is rare!

Not quite Swindon, but we did see a couple of lambourghini's on the A34 yesterday and a couple of rari's oh and how could I forget the Mosler on the A420 :P.

Often see rari's in Swindon, but as I live near the dealership that's unsurprising... They had an MC12 there for a while too, that's pretty special. Other than that, run of the mill generally but there is a KTM I see occasionally, don't see many of them, not really a supercar mind. There is something bright bright blue that I've caught the rear of twice, i THINK it's an american muscle car but not got a proper look.

There used to be a yellow Gallardo knocking around last summer but not seen it this year.

I got my car from Dick Lovett, have to say crap service but great car.

Ahhh the yellow Gallardo - had forgotten about that - yes, that used to be owned by a chap round the corner from me, has a yellow Evo and red Audi estate. Also think I've seen him in a BMW recently.

Neighbour tells me he regularly alternated between a Ferrari and a Lambourghini but always red or yellow.

Often wondered if he was a PHer........

Me too. Not a bad track, but karting aint half costly if you want to be there quite a while. Nowhere does mini motos any more, which is a shame. They were fun.

I never got to do it. My local track in Suffolk used to have them about once a quarter and I managed to miss them every time frown

Yeah karting can be expensive, I miss the days when a group of us did endurances every thursday for £10 a time, there were about 5/6 teams that went every week which meant the cost was kept down.
