I can do the 21st.

We also need to organise an early morning cultural tour at some stage.

I'm afraid these are off limits for me now - cost of fuel has made it simply too much - £100 for a hoon into Wales?

I'm gutted, but was talking about this to Pete last night and I'm buggered if I can afford them frown

Where on earth are you buying petrol? Even at 17mpg i can do 250 miles for £50.

Its 100 miles there and back for the start of the hoon, then another 100/150 miles looning about.

Considering mine drinks £70/75 a tank of decent juice over 300 miles on day to day runs, henceforth I'll only see 200 on a proper hard run, theres the rub. Add in your bridge fare, then some food, and you've an expensive day.

As I've also got to balance it with other pastimes, like my riding, and also the other half, something has to take a hit, and unfortunatly, the car is it frown

Even Bills been making noises about the MG being to expensive to run, so something must be happening!

Scratch that. It's the football. banghead

Neil, sorry to hear that but I understand where you're coming from. The co-pilots seat is always available for a regular such as yourself.

Yep I agree with Dazren.......being an Arsenal fan I have the awful choice of seeing United or worse Chelsea winning the Champions League final........I am considering punching myself in the face for 2 hours or watching the game not sure which is going to be more painful?

Doesn't count when you're in a different country to the actual car in question which is actually going nowherewink

The TVR will be in a garage before my European adventure (I'm having an uprated cam put in among other general goodies bounce).
If anyone has space for a passenger on this give me a shout...

It's probably just a slightly more exotic brand of cheese, time will tell...

So have you gone for the Dairylea stealth or the full-fat stilton 404?

Kids'll do anything for dairylea... I like to think of it as a 3/4-fat option.
