Pre-1960's car specialist in Bristol?

Topic does exactly what is says on the tin - does anyone know of any pre-1960's car specialists in the Bristol area?

A guy on my car maintenance course is interested in doing up an old car and would be keen to go and observe an expert at work and offer his services for free in return for some exposure to older engines.

Any pointers would be appreciated & I'll pass them on.

Have you seen the old boys working on the cars in the WoT Somerfield car park garages? They may well have some contacts.

I'm sure either Terminus or New Garage might know who they are...
