Just been out for a spin and found a screw in my rear tyre. Seems to have lost a little air, so plan is to re-inflate and limp home from Chetlenham to Brizzle.

Now I've never had to repair a tyre before, only replace them, so have limited knowledge in this area. Is getting the tyre repaired feasible / sensible ? The tyres are only 3 months old, and not particularily cheap, so this time I'd prefer the economically agreeable option.

As long as the screw is fairly central, i.e. the interior of the plug will not encroache on the sidewall and you go to a reputable repairer - no problem.
