Looking at getting my hood re-trimmed, would like to get a local craftsman to do the job. I have used both Autotrim in Ivybridge and Lang & Potter in Plymouth before who to be honest were both pretty crap.

The best job I have done previously was by MJ Interiors http://www.mjinteriors.co.uk/ who did the G60 Jetta for me outstandingly but I would rather keep the money and a simple job local.

When Auotrim did a boot cover for my Westy, they did a belting job. Maybe you just got unlucky. And I've also seen the resuts of them doing a whole leather re-trim in a wannabe Lotus Carlton and the work was superb. Express your concerns to them and I'm sure they'll do a good job.

I was going to suggest Auto trim before I read your post...they gave me some really good service.

If your dead set against them, I had a hood trimmed by-IIRC a company called British Sports Car Spares, now I cant remeber if its only classics they deal with, but could be worth a call- if there still about?

He had a small shop down by the artillery tower in stonehouse.

Other than that, sorry cant help mate
