Sorry for the dull topic - As stated in the title really - need somewhere safe to park the car. Also Multi story car parks may be an issue as the car is LOW at the front. Any recommendations?? Thanks in advance.

whats the car?

you could stay in what used to be the swallow royal (hope fully some one more useful will come along and tell you what its called now) it has an underground car park.

personaly i'd rather stay in the avon gorge hotel or 'the one by the grave yard' (will find out its proper name 'grange?') both have open air car parks but are in a much nice part of town for restaurants / pubs. security shouldn't be an issue, plenty of TVRs & porsches parked on the streets every night.

I need to be as close to the town centre as possible

Car is a 911 turbo - lowered with an aerokit front spoiler - sometimes grinds on underground car parks

Unfortunately have bad experiences with vandalism in the past in Bristol

Any ideas ??

Just avoid fresher's week and the first few weeks of term...

Marriott will be fine, car park's underground, usually a TVR or 2 down there, 911s regularly, it's patrolled and has a manned barrier to enter.

The entry is quite narrow, but no issues in a 911
