M5 southbond more Specs

Noticed today that nice! new Specs cameras southbound by the Cullompton J28, Secondary set by an over bridge about 3 miles south, not seen anything about them in the media and don't remember seeing any new signs so guess not operational yet. Not exactly the stretch I would chose for high speed motoring as the bends reduce visibility.

when i went past there were cones at the side of the road....possibly new roadworks then ?
