I am staying there soon and need to know if there are any access issues as I will be in the Sagaris. I need to know if its a steep ramp in or out really. Anyone stayed there?

Cheers

Reporting back......

the entry to the car park is quite narrow, not at all steep though so you should have no issues.

The attendant said that they've had TVRs in before and there was a nice GT3 just pulling in as I walked away.

I've taken photos, will post them later

Just a thought - there are several Marriott hotels in Bristol... reading between the lines, Del's been to look at the Royal near College Green - is that definitely the right one?

Thanks Del - I owe you a beer beer. Yes the one I am staying at is at the bottom of Park Street / on the Green then on to a wedding on the SS Great Britain - should be fun!

twas indeed the college green one that I schlepped up to in the rain at lunchtime!!
A darned expensive trip as well - to shelter from the rain I popped into the theatre box office and ended up buying a ticket to see mamma mia in November!!

You're quite welcome Pharoah, hope you enjoy the wedding - the SS GB is a fine place for it.

Used to park my Griff there when I worked in Bristol - no real issues other than very narrow spaces unless you can park tight to a wall smile - keep wide on the down ramps to save your alloys!

I've parked all three of my previous cars there at some point (Sag, Murci & lowered 360) without any damage. Though, be really mindful of the approach speed as compressing the Sag's front suspension maight catch the splitters at the front...
