It’s me… Set your TV reminders as the new series of Scrapheap Challenge has just started on Channel 4.

My team (Super Subs) make our debut on Sunday 29th April @ 5:40pm.

bow or paperbag - You decide...

I haven't seen any preview so my reputation is pretty much in the hands of the editors!

Sweet!

I saw it last night and it was great! The Vikings were local from Sailsbury too.

What did you build?

It was good fun though, It's the taking part that counts - Right...!

I missed this thread. I'd've asked about it last night if I'd known.

Nice to see your Chim stickered up already though.

All is revealled in a quote from the SHC Website...

Next week…
A team of hard-tackling rugby players scrum down with a trio of nuclear submarine engineers from Plymouth. Let’s hope they’ve stoked their fires and built up a good head of steam as they’ll be building trains with a difference – they’re human-powered!

(Sorry to see the pics of your car Grover, glad you were ok though)

I saw it. biggrin Graham appeared to be chief in charge of eating and arguing. I agreed with you though ... you needed an offensive weapon, not a defensive brake. Looked like it was fun to do though.
Congrats dude.

Looked like another fun task.

Something I've always wondered: I'm guessing that once the vehicles are "complete" at the 10hr mark, there must be extra time to (properly) fit decent safety equipment (seats, rollcages etc) to satisfy H&S. Is that something you guys do or does that get done by a 3rd party?
