Have arranged to meet up with Corozin in his Corrado and his mate Chris at 8.45am tomorrow at Warminster services (Esso station with Little Chef).

If anyone wants to convoy up with us to Combe, they're more than welcome.

Cheers thumbup

You should worry. I was working on the blue '65 Plymouth Barracuda all day.

We were trying to blind the competition! Luckily it wasn't actually dropping oil on the track (until it got back to the pits when it all went bang). Funniest was the warning flag my mate got..black with orange circle - call into pits because he may have a mechanical problem which he is "not aware of" and might be a danger to himself, or others. Not aware of the problem! Reckon they'd have been aware of the problem at NASA...

There she blows! brings tears to my eyes just remembering. even my daughter stopped cheering when she saw it coming round the corner at quarry and shuffled off a bit embarrassed. still it was the first outing for the rebuilt V8 and we'll be back next year.

Funnily enough I have a couple of photos just like that, from almost the same place. We must have been stood only 10 feet apart !

Here's the Cuda earlier in the day, at it's best and before it died : http://eventpictures.fotopic.net/p402
And here's proof we were stood next to you : http://eventpictures.fotopic.net/p402

You should have said hello. I was wearing a dark jumper below a big nose.
