Lotus servicing, Bristol/Bath

Can anyone recommend a good Lotus garage/specialist in the Bristol/Bath area? A colleague of mine here in Bath is looking to get some work done on his Elise.

I've heard good things about these guys in Nailsea but never used them myself as they dont like working on Esprits. Specialise in TVR's aswell as Elises:

Thats about it for local places, of course excluding Williams in Avonmeads.

If you dont want the car back in a rush & dont mind driving to Sailsbury then this is your guy, I take mine there for everything, £25 per hour labour & he knows his stuff.

Bit of a trek down but Dulford Automotive are always highly recomended on here for Lotus and TVR - i believe that they will collect and deliver and will do all Lotii inc esprit

I was about to suggest Esprit Engineering, they did some work on mine and were pretty good.
I also used a local independant in Chippenham (CAMS) - not a Lotus specialist, but had no issues.

Agreed - Neil Garner at Kemble is a quality engineer who knows his stuff.

Dont go to Dick Lovetts, they damaged my car when it went in for warranty work, ended up having the rear quarter resprayed when the mechanic put a hole thru the fiberglass! muppets.

neil Garner has a very good reputation though, always loads of exotica being worked on.
