Hi guys & girls.

Im looking to get my car rolling roaded before christmas and would prefer to use Interpro or Powerstation. Does anyone know of any forum type RR days coming up at either of these locations?

Regards, Ben

I've just bought meself a Fireblade-engined se7en clone on fleabay and will be wanting a rolling-road tune up in the early spring so's I can go hillblatting and trackdaying. Anyone know where I can get this done in Cornwall/Devon?
Any info greatly appreciated as I really don't want to have to trailer the thing halfway up the country...

Do you want a tune-up or just a power run?

I was after a power run, which i got at a place called westec in newport earlier this month. It wasnt very accurate, but still the engine was decidedly healthy.

Thanks anyway

Tipton garage, Tipton St John - half way between Exeter and Sidmouth. Lot of the local rally boys go there apparently, as well as most of the South West Tiger Owners Club. www.tiptongarage.com

Don't know any, but did go to a vr6 owners RR day at powerstation on Saturday (sorry, hadn't seen this post before or I might've mentioned it hehe).

They were very friendly, arranged a burger van to be there as we filled all 35 places, and you get a nice showroom and workshop you can wonder around in in the meantime.

if you're interested, you can read about it and see pics/videos/graphs at http://blog.pentoman.com

My old wreck has a 1650cc pre-crossflow Ford (based on a Lotus TC block) built to Cosworth Mk9 spec - should put out between 105-110bhp in theory. Assuming of course that you were asking me! laugh

For a crosser you want to talk to Roy Rowe at Treburley Garage, Pete Willis in Tavistock or Nolan Pitts in Plymouth. Neither Pete or Nolan have a rolling road but there are the bollox and you will not get better results without talking to these guys to be honest. Graham Myers ws good but he has taken a back seat since he sold out to Alan Jeffrey.

Out of choice I would go for Nolan Pitts, he was Dave Vizard's advisory - a complete genious.

Thanks Corin - Nolan sounds pretty good! bow Do you have contact details for him? Will have to save my pennies and pay him a visit in the spring then.

Rich, email me via my profile and I'll pass on the contacts mate., not cheap but not dear either, sometimes it's best to buy quality once. Have a chat with him and see what you think?

Be sure to look in the litchfield showroom, there's a black Roush Mustang hiding towards the back.

Not for RR, but they look after my Cerbera and Rangey (and my entire taxi fleet hehe)

Richard Smith is a decent bloke.
